No. Moving damage counters is not the same thing as Healing, so Lively Flower would not do any additional damage due to Adrena-Brain.
If Battle Cage is in play and I use Munkidori's "Adrena-Brain" Ability to try and move 3 damage counters from one of my Pokemon to one of my opponent's Benched Pokemon, what happens?
The three damage counters are removed from your Pokemon, but since they cannot be placed onto Benched Pokemon they just vanish from play.
If my opponent has an Abomasnow with "Freezing Disaster" Ability in play, can I use Munkidori's "Adrena-Brain" Ability to move damage counters off one of my Pokemon or would that count as "healing"?
Yes, you can do that. Moving damage counters off a Pokemon is not the same as healing damage (similar as to how moving damage counters onto a Pokemon is not the same as doing damage to it).
