If I use Munkidori's "Adrena-Brain" Ability to move 3 damage counters from Vileplume, would Vileplume's "Lively Flower" attack do +120 more damage or not?

No. Moving damage counters is not the same thing as Healing, so Lively Flower would not do any additional damage due to Adrena-Brain.
